We can typically give you an average repair cost to repair your model. Just email us with your make and model number, and the problems you've been experiencing and we'll be happy to give you an approximation of the cost of repair.

Once your unit arrives at our repair facility, we'll send you an email to let you know that it has arrived safely. Then, within just a couple business days, it's on the bench and we'll contact you once again with what we've found with the cost of repair.

If you have a specific need - just let us know and we'll do all in our power to accommodate you - at no extra charge.

First, we don't charge this fee up front. The only time we charge you a modest $30 estimate fee is if you do NOT have your unit repaired. If you do decide to get your unit fixed, this fee is waived! If you paid this fee up front - we just take it off at the end.

Certain Camcorder Models may qualify for our exclusive, and unheard of, TWO (2) YEAR Guarantee on the work that we perform. All recommended repairs must be performed for this warranty to kick in, and some exclusions apply - simply inquire.

We don't markup shipping charges. Average cost of shipping is between $15 - $20.
