We charge a $30.00 fee for repair estimates. This fee, if paid in advance, is applied to the cost of repair. If no estimate fee is paid in advance, and you accept the repair estimate, the fee is waived. Return shipping is in addition to this.
Repairs come with a 6 month warranty, both parts and labor. Warranty excludes commercial use, excessive wear, water and/or liquid damage, acts of satan, accidents, drops, shock, impacts, mis-use or physical damage.
Any unit(s) left for over 45 days becomes the property of AVRepair, Inc.
Warranty Repairs
Should your unit fail within the warranty period, please return the unit postage pre-paid, with your receipt. If it's determined that the unit is covered under our warranty, then we will either fix it, or refund the purchase price (less S&H)- and at our option. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from AVRepair.
