Before you ship — please read

  • Estimate fee is $30, and is waived if you have your unit repaired. If you pay this fee up front, it will be deducted from the balance due.
  • Return shipping is an additional charge.
  • We may not return your unit in its original shipping box.
  • You’ll get a confirmation email within a business day or two of arrival.
  • Pack it carefully — read our Packing & Shipping Guide before you box it up.
